Indian Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) are growing and adding more business partners nationally and internationally. As per an Access Markets International (AMI) Partners study there are an estimated 7.6 million SMEs in India. At the end of 2008, it is estimated that Indian SMEs would have spent US$ 605m on networking hardware, 40% of this amount would be spent on hubs and LAN switches alone.Cisco’s SME business has been growing by 70 per cent year on year as SMEs invest in advanced technologies.Now the company has launched its biggest marketing campaign  ‘Network On Wheels’ (NOW) Van program which is similar to how the FMCG companies target rural India to address the information technology (IT) needs of the burgeoning small and medium enterprises 
The company's NOW Van program comprises a mobile showcase of customized Cisco networking solutions including advanced technologies such as Security, Wireless, Mobility and Unified IP Communications. The 25-feet NOW van comprises a live network environment on board and is equipped with latest Cisco networking solutions.The NOW van is equipped with a live network environment and the latest Cisco networking solutions. The mobile van visits strategic industrial locations across key tier I, II and III cities and hosts live demonstrations for more than 100 customers per city in the country
NOW van has successfully covered include New Delhi, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Karnal, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar.( via release and Enterpriser)
